The Young Africa ACADEMY is a private education institution aimed at helping especially youth across Africa to gain the skills they need to fulfill their potential.
Leadership
We train youth and adults of all ages to develop the leadership skills they need to build beautiful relationships with their future or current husband or wife, their children and other family members, their neighbours, others in their community, in their business, as well as across their country, continent and globally. Personal Leadership Development is where it all starts!
Entrepreneurship
We help our students to develop their entrepreneurship skills and to learn how to make more money, how to manage the money they are making and how to grow their wealth, based on biblical financial teachings and through applying and understanding state-of-the-art business software, including AI tools. We are living in exceptional times with incredible technology that can help any entrepreneur or businessman or -woman to build at least one sustainable business.
Community
Our training does not only focus on the individual, but it helps each student to also understand his or her role in their community. Doing business the biblical way, means building relationships founded on biblical principles of trust, integrity and care. What does it help if the individual is doing well, but the rest of the community is struggling? No one wants to drive in a yellow cabriolet through a slum neighbourhood! We encourage and inspire our students to live spiritually, socially and environmentally conscious lives, as they flourish and prosper!

Our values are based on biblical teachings. We share an understanding of “God’s Way” of doing business and how to live life in a responsible, caring way, not only making money for yourself or your family, but also contributing to healthy communities, a sustainable environment and building a strong Continent of Africa, as a leading region globally.
Learn with us
Our mission is to help Africa’s 200 million youth, especially those aged 18-24, to fulfill their God-given potential. Our Core Programme is the “Leadership And Entrepreneurship Programme” (LEAP). This course is available for students anywhere in Africa.
